Video game: Oh let me just stroll down waifu option city and choose Anna from fire emblem awakening. Really though, the options there are seemingly endless.

Cartoon: I terms of toons I'd like to pick Velma from Scooby Doo where are you?. Specifically from that series because I've seen the most recent remake of Scooby Doo and now it's ended up having some form of mentally handicapped animation while being cheesy in trying to be similar to the original bit wise.
Animu: If I had to go on a whim I'd choose Yin from darker than black because why not.
