I gasp... a bit loudly.
Another bremin. White all over and absolutely huge. I've never seen a bremin so large. She's nearly twice my size!
She looks at me, never breaking that smile.

"Hey." She blankly says. "Ya look pretty beat, girl. Want me to handle Red over there?"
She pats her hand on my back. What. w-Who...
She's given me a good startling. I'm kinda speechless.

i-I'd also like to add that her breathing is very heavy and her voice is a little shaky. And that smell... I think it's coming from her.
And that smile is a bit off-putting to say the least. This woman seems more than a little unhinged.

I look back at Ahmez. He somehow hasn't noticed us. He's still poking and putting down on that short human.

You're right, though. I can do nothing like this... I probably should've been more careful.

"Ah. Yer brother? No sweat! Ahmez and I ...have a history. Ain't even his real name. Anyway, thing is I'm after'm too. I'll take care of'm while you get yer brother, alright? I'll need a bit of help, though." She replies as she stands up. Gods... she's massive.
"Huh? Help?"
"Hey, don't worry, girl! I just want ya to stand near me n' look mean. It's all good fun. C'mon now."
She takes me by the hand and effortlessly pulls me to my feet. She still has yet to break the manic grin...

Then she... starts casually walking towards Ahmez?! What?? Who is this woman?
o-Oh. And now she's waving her arms around and...
"Hey!! Ahmez!! Is it Ahmez now? Whatever the hells yer name is now... You got way to many aliases, man."
...That.

Ahmez turns around. I can only see the bottom of his face because of the hood, but I can tell he's not happy to see her.

The hells is going on?

Who's the White Reaver? d-Do you know this person? I don't see how that's possible.

Ahmez lifts his hood. He looks similar to Kaz, actually, but his hair is a strange shade of... blue? Weird.
He suddenly goes wide-eyed at the sight of the white woman.

"y-YOU!! How?! I thought you were dead! I saw you die!" He screams. His whole manner of speech has also changed.
"Nah. Ya saw me fall into a river, Idiot. I can swim."
"You fell into an unfordable stretch of rapids. You should've been torn to shreds!"
"I can swim really good. Anyway, what's with the banditry? Death cult business lose its charm?"

She gets even closer to him. Her grin gets more intense. He takes up a stance with that rapier.
"Whatever. Enough'a this crap, Ailin. You know why I'm here. Where is she?"
"You chased after me for four years just to ask me THAT? Snow, I don't know where your damn sister is! Even if I did, I couldn't tell you. She'd never allow herself to be found. Especially not by you!"
She looks back at me, motioning toward the people tied up on the trees. She then turns back to... whoever that man is. Ailin?
"Wrong answer, skull hoarder." She quietly says, then stops.

Before I can even make sense of what's going on, the white woman leaps into the air! I couldn't help but flinch.
The man in the red cloak backsteps and keeps his stance. He looks visibly frightened, though.

Who are these people?!

Right, whatever. I head over to the people tied up.

As I get near the tall one, I call out to him.
"Kaz! Is that you?" I say.
His head immediately perks up. I hear his muffled voice and see his hair stick out of the sack on his head. It's definitely Kaz.
I don't know if I can reach the ropes on his wrists, though!

The struggle behind me gets more intense. I hear something tear and what sounds like... metal slapping something?
I look back.

Oh gods... with her hands?! This girl's lost her mind!

Well, hey, I'm still holding the sword! I kept it just in-case.

I poke at the ropes with my sword, but that's about all I can do.
I... I'm just too short to reach them. Dammit, why hells were they tied up this way?!

Maybe the white woman could lift me up when she's done?
...If she gets done.

I think that rock is more like a small boulder! I can't just toss a boulder at someone. Not how I am now, at least.
Aren't any smaller ones either, just boulders and dirt.

She's fighting unarmed. Maybe I could throw her my sword? Probably a way better idea than throwing a rock, I think. Not like I'm using it or anything.

"Hey!! Big white lady!!" I call out.
She says nothing back, but her head jerks toward my direction. She's still grappling with "Ahmez"... and still grinning. Why.
"Catch!"

I toss dad's sword into the fray. The white woman locks eyes with me, the cloaked man's sword still in her grip. Her hair has falle... HER EYE!! What is going on with her right eye!? Things are ...not right with this woman.

I... w-well, she caught the sword at least. Should I just stand and watch then?

Amidst the struggle, the cloaked man speaks.
"Hngh! ...And who the hells is that?! Another poor soul you're dragging into the abyss with you? Can't face her alone, eh, Snow?"
He then looks at me. "Snow" glares back at him.
"You'll be much better off if you get as far away from this woman as possible, little girl. She's a... hazard."

What?? He thinks I'm with her? o-Oh my...

"Excuse me, Mister. You kidnapped my brother, so everything you say pisses me off by default. I don't really care if she's a hazard. 'Least she doesn't abduct people for no reason."
I can't stand anymore... I slump down on a rock near the prisoners, glaring at the cloaked man.
"Do what you will to him, Miss Snow. I'd prefer if you used my sword, actually. Do give it back when you're done, though."
As I say that, the short human tied to the tree next to me starts laughing and says something muffled.

Snow just chuckles and twirls my sword right-ways in her hand.
"Flames be warm, Ailin! Yer pissin' EVERYONE off today!" She says, pulling him closer with his own sword.
"Hey. Ya sold'er out to me before, why can't ya now? You can tell yer old friend Snowie, yeah?" She gives him some sort of weird, suggestive look.
He grimaces and tries to push her away. She just stands her ground with a hard grip on his sword. He then tries yanking his sword away to no avail.
"Get the hells away from me, freak. It's a bloody miracle she didn't kill me for helping you. Let go, dammit!"

Snow's big grin shrinks into a smug little smile.
"Hey Ailin, you ever have yer jaw broken so hard it launched ya through the air?" She asks.
His eyes widen. His yanking on his sword gets frantic and desperate. Snow chuckles again. I almost do too, for some reason.

She draws back my sword for a blow then slams the flat of the blade into the side of his face. The crunching sound it made was enough to make me flinch, and sure enough, Ailin is knocked this way and hits the ground rolling almost to my feet.

Snow cocks her head and gives me a funny look. Why did that make me laugh so hard? Gods dammit.

That's the first thing you guys have said all day that I'm all for. I've had nothing but a bad time since I've come to the Bridge. I'm not usually a violent person as you've no doubt noticed, but you're right. If anyone is getting a final blow it's me!

I struggle to do so, but I lift my foot over Ailin's head, ready to kick. m-My leg feels like it weighs a ton.
"Hey now, don't kill'm, hun. I need what's in his head. Can't get it when it's mush, y'know... Hey, you alright?" Snow says.

Just as she says that... my leg drops and my body locks up. The last thing I see is a look of surprise on Snow's face.
I think I blacked out again. Dammit!

...Huh? I'm still lucid, weird. I'm in a very dark place now and my head hurts. I wonder how long it'll last this time.
