But yeah, lotta references. There's a way to get the Dragonslayer sword from Berserk, but the entire internet is sworn to silence about how to get it.

You can also get the Grammaton Cleric pistol from Equilibrium, the revolver from Trigun, and Alucard's pistol from Hellsing.

DoomRL is great. I'm surprised you're not using the tileset. Does it still play the sick fucking music if you're using ASCII?

If you're having trouble, I suggest a shotgun build. You can shoot around corners to stay safe from damage, shotguns are 100% accurate, and you can shoot them into the dark and listen for monster screams to use your shotty as a radar.
