Webcomic Discussion Thread
By Admin consensus, this now exists.
I've read so many of these damn things, but finished so few. 8-bit Theatre sticks out in my mind for never ceasing to amuse my personal sense of humor. It's Final Fantasy 1 retold as one long ass comic, with much lampshading of D&D rules. One character is even aware of the rulebook and such and is a min/maxer, then theres the sociopathic thief, homicidal Black Mage, and borderline idiotic Fighter. Its pretty great.

I used to read a lot of Bleedman's comics on Snafu. Mostly Grim Tales
Now that I think about it, I should go back and re-read...

Cyanide & Happiness is lovely.
Two Guys on a Couch With Video Game Controllers
Click that. Randomly generated comic. Potentially hilarious.

This looks completely amazing and like it has the potential to devour entire hours of my life rather quickly.

Re: Webcomic Discussion Thread
Here's a few webcomics that I'm currently enjoying:
Blue Chair - A guy named Shen sits in a blue chair and shares his thoughts with you.
The Sound of Your Heart - While it may seem like a mere depiction of everyday life, The Sound of Your Heart is a comedy filled to the brim with wit, sarcasm and parody. It gives no regard for the probable or realistic- it is a series of absurd situations that is sure to get a laugh out of every reader willing to suspend their sense of reality.
Undead Ed - After being declared clinically dead, traveling salesman Ed Zamsa tries to go on with his life regardless of his strange condition. As if things weren't hard enough without being dead.
Hellper - Gwangnam, the leader of Killberos, myteriously died then woke up in the underworld with a black bracelet on his arm. The black bracelet means that he is ready to go to hell… Hellper is a black&white webtoon that shows why and when Gwangnam had to die a mysterious death.
Shoot Around - When a zombie apocalypse hits during the practice of a high school basketball team, it's a whole new life for the coach, Jeff. The world's turned upside down and the girls seem to be handling the changes way better than Jeff, who has troubles adjusting. A close-knit group of friends, the girls are eager to tackle this new world with its challenges!
(I like that last one a lot because Jeff looks like Lee Everett from Telltale's The Walking Dead video game.)
Check 'em out guys!

Re: Webcomic Discussion Thread
There's an entire genre of webcomics called Campaign Comics, that retell popular movies or anime as DnD campaigns, making fun of things like character deaths being bad rolls and such. AIt's sufficiently amusing, even if you aren't a DnD player, most gamers will understand whats going on.
More specifically, the webcomic Questionable Content (which is not a Campaign Comic) is about Indie 20 somethings working in a cafe and bitching about music and relationships, it's pretty glorious. There's an anthromorphic desktop computer and a redneck who writes ye olde romance novels. Plus, they talk about some good music. I think most of you could appreciate it. The art style starts terrible but quickly becomes impressive.

I'd recommend:
1. Broodhollow
2.Extra-Ordinary
3. Helvetica
4. Armless Amy
And then re-iterate on Xkcd and Romantically Apocalyptic.

Newman: CLICK
"Newman and Gwen are professional monster hunters who work for the Creature Removal Department, but for these two, killing monsters is the easy part, it's navigating their relationship that gets complicated. Set in a modern fantasy world, Newman is a mix of comedy, action, romance, and a little bit of horror."
